New Scale

Sadly, it really was just a fluke. My scale was not working properly. However, the new scale did still show a loss! One more pound down!
And I'm still doing well with 15,000 steps per day. Today, was probably one of the hardest days. I just didn't feel well but I didn't want to make that an excuse or make it too easy to say, "I'll just take a break today." I know that one of these I will take a break and I won't give myself a hard time about it. I also won't push myself if I really am sick but today just feels like maybe the beginning of getting sick which is one more reason to get my exercise in today because if I really am getting sick than I won't be able to exercise tomorrow. Yikes!
Hopefully a good nights rest will put me back on my feet tomorrow!

Tomorrow's goal: 15,000 more steps and chicken soup!
