Well its Friday, the first full week of 2013 has ended. how are you doing with your weight loss goals and resolutions. mine are going great. this week I worked out 4 times, i will have number 5 in the AM. I try to take sunday off. But i also find that Friday is another hard day to get in a workout. The gym doesn't have any good classes at 6 or 7 since nobody else is trying to get to the gym. and the only class that is available I don't like the instructor. It is not that I don't like her, I don't like her teaching style. I Didn't get anything out of the workout, I was bored. Anyway. 4-5 mile walk on tap for tomorrow morning, my ankle and knee have been bothering met his week so i will walk it instead of run/walk it. we will see how it feels in the AM.
