First Slip Up

Even though I stayed under my goals, I feel guilty because I just kept eating today. At 8:45, I was still so hungry, even after my snack, my 2 cups of tea, and a glass of water, I broke down and had 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, and 1/4 cup hamburger with spanish rice. It wasn't alot but I know I shouldn't be eating this late at night. I will do better tomorrow. :) But on the lighter note, I'm no longer hungry. And I'm down 2 lbs!
