HI Girls,
Well this is round 21 of BLC...and I'm so excited to bond with each and everyone of you.

If your anything like me, I like to have control of my life now, and so I've made myself a control journal

This my front cover..

My next 12 pages is my month by month calendar

On these pages I write down birthdays, anniversaries, important dates..etc...

after that next pages are notebook pages, these pages are where I'll keep track on what I eat and drink for the count out 91 pages...

Next pages after that you should either paste, doodle, and or write down your goals...the reason why your wanting to lose weight...

next pages are keeping track on your favorite exercises, what works for you and what didn't work for you...etc...

BUT your getting the idea...

It's your control journal, make it yours, use it and abuse it...write down everything thing thats important for you to remember, what worked, and what didn't...

Have fun with it...
