Update Phase 1 & Brief Phase 2

In first week I lost 4lbs in 7 days! I know others that lost 7-13lbs. YES, that was my response to their resutls too. Week 1 - a little be a dairy/meat.
Now just entered Phase 2 - this is when we go VEGAN! Fruits & Veggies. Yea, I was like what. no more yogurt, oatmeal as in phase 1. So far I'm day 3 of this week lost 2lbs, so totally lost of 6lbs. they say many won't lose in this phase. So i hope to catch up with my group.
I can say there are tons of veggies that i never heard of before and recipes that would make you cringe at that ingredients but actually taste so great! I'm so surprised that I have stuck with this, glad I got others keeping me on track because I know I would of quit by now or started eating stuff not on the books. Its more Mental than anything.
You must not have temptations around the home or you will fail!
No more processed foods for me, I have learned so much in so little time. And what foods help your body fully function, and get natural nutrients from these organic foods.
So far so good!!
