It's Friday!!

As of this morning, I'm down 4.2 pounds for the week (so, Woo Hoo). I have taken 68233 steps as of right now (goal for the week is 70000), climbed 82 flights of stairs (goal for the week is 70).

It will be hard to get up to 10000 steps today because the weather is horrible -- freezing rain, so walking outside is not likely, and in fact, probably a little dangerous because the roads and sidewalks look pretty icy. And I'm working from home because my kids are off school, so I have limited indoor space to walk in, unless I go to the gym and walk on the treadmill, which is unlikely to happen. I will do a few laps around my living room or something. However, it's not the end of the world, as my goal is more about the weekly goal of 70000 steps than the daily goal of 10000. I'm in good shape to hit or exceed the 70000 this week (by tomorrow at midnight), so I'm happy about that.

Two weeks from today, my boyfriend and I will be waiting in Montreal to get on a plane to Cuba. Yay!

    Yep, that's what I do girl. Laps around the living room. To make it interesting I use the lazer light with the dog so he gets exercise too haha. Don't you just love a pedometer. I assume you got the fitbit, because you mentioned stairs. You are jamming on stairs btw. I've got to make that a goal. Here's to us. Oh, and WOW on your weight loss this week. I don't lose that in a month.
