From March 2012 - October 2012 I lost 40 lbs, 3'6" worth of inches. Down 3 dress sizes.

Currently I am 5-10 lbs away from my goal, 1" away from my goal waistline. One dress size away from my goal size.

Totally frustrated. Stuck at the same weight and inches since October.

This week another revamp of my workout.

This is how my year went:

March 2012:

reduced calories to 1200-1500 Calories. Gym Days: 30-45 min Tue, Thur, Sun. Non-Gym Days: Walking 5KM. Yes that's 7 days.

April - July: Same as above.

Reduced to 6 days wk. Same as above. RE-vamped gym workout.

August: stuck to gym days, stopped walking. RE-vamped gym workout Incr. Cardio at each gym visit by 1 minute.

*somewhere in here I stopped logging gym & calories.*

September: Same as August.

October: Ditto. RE-vamped gym workout. Added weights, Kettle-bells, Medicine Balls. Cardio up to 35 min.

Nov: Same as October

Dec: Same as November

Jan: Revamped gym workout: Changed Cardio routine to HIIT and Kettle weight workout. Back logging gym minutes/workouts & calories.
Goal: Add Yoga on off days.
