Hello Friday....I missed you dearly!
This will be my first day back at the gym all week as I was away pet sitting! Although I did work out in the hot tub as much as I could, it just was not the same as sweat dripping down my shirt as I ran my tuckus off!!
Any suggestions on activities I can do on days when I am not doing cardio? We do not have a strength trainer at my apt complex gym so I am clueless when it comes to weights!

On another note, I went a little crazy last night and definitely need to talk about this one.
I'm standing in my kitchen and looking in my fridge 1/2 starved waiting on my partner to come home from work for dinner time. As I gaze in the door way I see bon bons from Harry & David. It is so difficult for me to discard any food that is not eaten unless it is expired! So in my insane moment I chewed up every piece of choc individually, savoring every moment of taste. Then spit the whole lot of it in the trash, actually thinking I saved myself calories by not swallowing it. Seriously am I losing it? I'm sure I gained something from that calorically, aside from this feeling of sheer panic after the action. Thoughts???

    Try not to get so hung up on food. Keep up the exercise
    and get rid of anything that shouldn't be in the fridge or pantry.
    It will make it easier when temptation is not there.
