I have been keeping my weight steady since summer. I haven't been this weight since I was in my early teens. I haven almost completely cut out all grains. I found even the gluten free oats were causing abdominal discomfort. I find if i eat only gluten free grains on occasionally i can tolerate it. I fill up on lots of veggies and protein. I still haven't started an exercise program. It's hard too do with my toddler. That will be the next goal.
