An Excellent Week

After the binging of Christmas and New Year I finally had 5 days to myself (wife back in UK for the week) and really concentrated on fitness and reducing my calorie intake. Result, 77.2 kg, the first time below 78 since 2011 by the looks of things! It has not been too difficult keeping daily intake below 1800 and running off ca 700 each day. I have not felt too hungry and even been finishing off the Christmas chocolates - I am sure one choc of 80 cals after lunch& dinner is a good way to convince your body you are not starving yourself! I hope I can keep this up at least one more week until I have to start travelling again....
