Feeling pretty motivated today. I finally got the drive I needed to give me that little boost to better my life. I cut out sugars and soda today. I lifted weights and did a little bit of cardio and stretches. I am feeling pretty good about my goals and the time i have to make them! I am open to making some new friends, people to help me whether it be for motivation or someone to exercise with, just to keep active. that's all for today!
