Out with the old .....

My Day:
I left work an hour early. Though I felt behind there, I felt ahead of the game the moment I walked out the door.

Armed with my FlyLady Cozi Calendar, I got a heck of a lot done!

My diet:
Today I wore the jeans I wore on Christmas Day. They make me feel ... skinny! No joke, I got to work and before lunch 3 employees were saying "wow, you have really lost a lot of weight." Trust me, the jeans give the illusion of slim. However, 2 more employees logging on to Sparkpeople tonight, ready to start the program.

Tomorrow, I am back to exercising. My knee feels much better after keeping the heating pad on it last night.

My Resolution:
FlyLady says that Thursday is "errand day," and I sure did them. I took 9 MORE bags to Goodwill today. The guy walks out to get my stuff and he recognized me from last week. I told him I would see him again real soon! I got some grocery shopping done, filled the car with gas. The whole premise behind this is so you have the weekend to be with your family instead of doing this stuff on weekends.

While commuting between errands, I got almost a week's worth of phone calls out of the way ... including one to Mom :)

I ordered my daughter's 21st birthday present, well ahead of her birthday. Usually I am the scatter brain running around the day before... trust me, my family expects this out of me. I am really trying to change.

It was "crock pot day," so dinner was ready when I got home. FlyLady said to clean all of my counters, did that.

My Hot Spot was a desk drawer that harbors junk, pretending to be office supplies. I didn't get it all done, but found a receipt from 2006 and old debit cards from 2005 (Why?). While shopping, I purchased new file folders .... I believe it is time to clean out the file cabinet.
