First Time Working Out at a Gym

Well decided to work exercise at gym. OMG! Did not work out so well. However I did work out my legs and arms. But I guess when I worked out my arms. I pulled a muscle or something. When I was working on my arms I noticed that my shoulder started hurting really bad. So I stopped. I tired to figure out what I did wrong. I did the two machines that I used to work my arms right. So I went to try to work on my abs. Could not do it. All the machines they have at my gym you have to hold onto a certain way. Yea that is how bad I hurt myself. So I completely stopped working out. And that was all Tuesday night. Yesterday my arm just had excruciating pain. Ugh! I felt like I couldn't take it. I went through all the medicine I have. Which is way too much. Anyways I found Bengay and put it where it hurts on my arms. Definitely made it feel so much better. And now today my left arm which is the one that had excruciating pain. I can not put it straight. I can move it I just put up with the pain. My right arm doesn't hurt as bad but still hurts. And I can put it straight. Back to my left arm. I took a shower this morning. I had a huge migraine and had gotten really dizzy. Ended falling and oh my gosh fell on my left arm. After that ordeal cannot move my arm what so ever. Ugh! Which really sucks. Well my whole point of this is I had my arm in a sling all day. I have took pain killers but has not took a little of the pain away. I am so debating on whether I should go to the hospital or what. I don't want to cause I feel like I may make a fool of myself. It could just be a pulled muscle or something that's not serious. I think I may just wait and see if it goes away. It looks like I wont be able to work my arms out for a while. Oh well!
