4) Sugar craving
5) Oil craving
6) Free food/Food is readily available
7) Stress
8) Loneliness
9) Frustration
10) Would rather not be doing something mentally or physically strenuous

    Thanks for your comment, Tim. First time thinking about these triggers and writing them down is helpful. The hardest part I foresee is admitting my problem and having the guts to tackle it while I'm binge-eating.
