It's day two of my weight loss journey and so far so good. I stayed within my calories today, but I went a little over my sodium. It's difficult, but I'm learning. I cooked beef taco today with pico de gallo and guacamole. I'm proud to say that I did not add any salt! Yay! I also took my glucose levels and they were normal. I also exercised to Bob Harper's strength DVD. It was pretty good. Today is the day I'm supposed to do strength and the beginners session was about 20 minutes and the full strength video is about one hour. On my next strength training day I will do one hour. If you're looking for a good strength training video using dumbbells then I highly recommend this one. Well that's it for today! Until tomorrow!
