Hello 5 lbs!

I stopped tracking because of vacation. We got home..and I stayed in vacation mode...top it off with a cold and being too tired to exercise for 2 weeks....followed by another two weeks of eating as I please and cookies GALORE...5lbs all of a sudden snuck up on me! I'm not surprised...but I can't get back on track for the life of me! I can blame the stressful week of work, the 10+ hour work days, being tired....but I know I could have found the will power to do the right thing...but I didn't!!!!
Nope...I gave in every night. Of course I'm at the point of pudgy uncomfortableness. Before our vacation, I was 5lbs from my goal...that isn't happening now! I know these 5lbs will take longer to get rid of, but I'm hoping that after hitting the gym tomorrow I'll see the light and get my butt in gear before the weekend!
I'm going to have to do extra planning this weekend to make sure I get enough protein in next week so that I'm not tired feeling and can get a workout in after work. I just want to see the scale creep back down!!! I'm aggravated with myself for not even putting up a fight. Hopefully it gets better since I've eaten so much today I'm sick to my stomach!
