Insanity Max Plyo

Hardest workout on the planet. That is a slight exaggeration but its brutal for sure. I spent the first 10 days doing the month 1 workouts and was getting through them a lot easier then I remembered from last year. I decided to jump into the month 2 dvds to increase the work load. I remember from last year, I never got through this workout during the entire 2nd month. It was no surprise I had to take my share of breaks this morning. I was happy with my level of fitness and know it will only improve from here. Diet was clean all day and water consumption was plenty. Tomorrow going to do the p90x arms and shoulders routine.
