I've been working hard all week to watch my calories. I have been doing my PT exercises every morning and I'm still gaining weight. Trying not to get depressed and just keep pushing forward... hoping it's a hormone thing...

    I'm not sure what you are referring to Bobbie but I am under the care of a rheumatologist. Because of my disease and medications I have had to get back into exercising very slowly but thought that I would see some results from my hard work this week. Unfortunately the medications also affect how my body processes everything so I'm trying to be patient and find the right combination for success... it is just a frustrating battle complicated by getting old and the crazy hormones that come with menopause.
