Monday I caved in to cravings and had 2 little chocolate butterfinger bells that someone had in their candy dish at work. But that was all, so it's not too bad. Tuesday and Wednesday I had no sugary sweets, despite craziness of 3 house guests spending the night. I haven't even been at work full days, let alone taken the time to walk. Today I got in late cuz I was trying to catch up on sleep, so no walk today either. But at least tonight is Pilates. I just had a mini orange scone from Panera, and I know that probably qualifies as a sweet. So no sticker today either. But at least it's only 160 calories. I still have a ton of stuff to do outside of work, but less than preparing for 3 house guests. And the up-side of having to clean the whole house to fit 3 more people into it is that now it IS clean and thus easier to live in and easier to work on stuff for my small business.
It's cold in my office and I'm sleepy. I might take a really quick walk up a couple flights of stairs...
