Going All Out – Day 3 Finished

Wednesday, January 9, 2012 – Day 3 Finished. Got a late start to the blog today; intended on doing it this morning but life happened. Nonetheless; here goes. Day 3 was a tough day; boy I was exhausted; body very tired but I pressed forward.
Morning bike ride - 30 Minutes – 782 Calories (HIIT)
Midday walk – 46 Minutes/2.35 miles – 244 Calories
Total Calories burned: 1026
Boy, I barely made it. I had intentions on an evening workout but my body said “NO” and I had to listen to the boss. I figured Day 4 would be better so we will have to wait and see. I was wondering if it’s possible to do too much cardio. I guess I’ll have to research that one. Nonetheless, I will continue with my 7 day challenge and go from there. I must admit it feels good to set a goal and commit to yourself to see it through. I am hoping that this will positively pay off by day 7.
I was wondering if I was getting enough calories during this adventure; VETTERMOMMY2U2 suggested that I make changes to fitness tracker to indicate my activities; I did and it did not change; she stated it may or may not; thanks VETTERMOMMY2U2 for the advice. I don’t feel hunger so I will continue my nutrition pattern. I am drinking a lot more water; can’t stay out of the bathroom; I guess that can be both good and bad depending on the situation. I’m looking for some good slow cooker/crockpot recipes; any suggestion.
