Been eating healthy all week so far. I had been 4lbs up over my normal(lately) weight, and its all come off so far. I think it was just water weight or whatever but at least its gone now!
Now if it will just take those 50 other pounds with it i will be thrilled!

Hubby and I booked a fun few days away at the end of the month for our 2year anniversary! Were going up to the finger lakes in NY to a little resort and we got one day pass for the indoor water park (bathing suits...barf) and another day lift ticket for the mountain across the street so we can go snowboarding! I haven't gotten to go in almost 4 years now so its gonna be very interesting! lots of falling on me bum.
Im looking forward to it, its not our usual going out and eating everything fest and we will actually be active! We've got another couple coming with us so its gonna be a really fun few days.

Trying to look at all the positive.
I'm really enjoying all the healthy eating, and my moms given me some good advice.
She always said when she diets she doesn't start exercising until she gets the first 10 lbs off. I know that sounds weird and crazy, but i think something about my body doesn't like the 2 things together. So im gonna try this, get a few lbs down and then start adding in little by little more exercise and work myself up to the things like turbo fire and insanity once im on track with everything else.

tried everything else at this point so it cant hurt!

    I like your mom's philosophy. Sometimes it's easier to get a good handle on just one thing before adding in something else. Figuring out your eating first is a really good plan.
