Adding another way of tracking my health

Yesterday I created a new calendar for myself on my Google calendars. I am calling it "Pain calendar". My goal is to track my pains there, both physical and mental, and see if I find any patterns. I am tired of feeling like a hypochondriac all the time. Maybe I am one, or maybe not. I have heard it said that the best way to cope with something that is bothering you is to talk about it or write it down. So I am going to write it down. I know there are energy level trackers and sleep trackers on Spark and elsewhere but the calendar will allow me to write things in my own words. We'll see how it goes.
