It was a lot of administrative type stuff. Points are offered for this and not that, get to know you exercises with my team *GO GREEN!* and some group exercises that included jogging, jumping jacks, squats, push ups (Not going to lie, I could only do one), and sit-ups. My butt was kicked in a really good way.
I hate how hard it is to move at this size. I will fight on, though.
