This week, I'm happy to report that I lost 3 pounds. So I'm grateful for that. Hoping to lose 2 pounds for next week's weigh in. Slowly but surely. Beyond that, I'd like to record how I'm feeling based on highs and lows. It's one of the icebreakers I used to use with my student staff.
-I have yet to workout this week
-I'm having cravings that are extremely hard to resist. Namely sugar.
-I am going to workout tonight after I finish wrapping up some things. Thank goodness my gym is open 24 hours during the week (I wish it were on the weekends too).
-I've increased my raw food intake this week. Meaning, I've eaten a number of fresh salads. I'm trying to balance out my cooked food with raw food.
-I started taking a multivitamin again. I have not taken one regularly in two years or more. I got some vegan ones from Amazon.com for cheap! Yes.
So in order to remind myself that I don't want to be where I was, I found this picture of me, with 2 of my former students, tagged on Facebook from 2007. Never again.
