Feel like poop!!!

Wednesday, January 09, 2013

Well not expecting much in the area of weight loss this week as I feel horrible-can't breathe, and have no energy. On the other hand I am getting my fluids in and trying to eat well. This is the second go round with a Cold(?) in the last month I am thinking more along the lines of a sinus infection as I have all of the symptoms and it doesn't seem to be going away. As soon as insurance kicks in (just filled out the paperwork) I will go to the doctor. emoticon

Ahhhh I feel for you. And antibiotics are okay but I liked using a kit of natural foods to help deal with sinus issues... Any of the super high antioxidant foods helped me, even dark unsweetened chocolate made without any milk. Just avoiding milk or unfermented dairy really helped me the most. Vitamin c foods. Hot teas or soups made with sage garlic etc... That's only scratching the surface. Hope you get to feeling better soon!!
    emoticon even extra rest helps!!

Sorry you are under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. In the meantime, continue to drink plenty of fluids and get a lot of rest! Let your loved ones wait on you and baby you! You deserve that for having to feel so badly.

emoticon Sorry you feel so bad. Sinus infections are the worst! Have you tried using a nettie that is a bottle? Older dd and I use them and they help some. Just make sure you boil the water 1st and let it cool on its own. Hope you feel better soon!
