I finished Week 2, Day 2 of the Couch to 5k program....a little bit of pain in my shins, but nothing I can't handle. The cooldown started just as the credits started rolling (I treadmill in front of a TV with DVD player, is that cheating? lol) on the movie I was watching. Great timing.
I tried my new pilates DVD and it was DIFFICULT. Well, not all of it....some moves I could handle, others were far too advanced. I will not be discouraged though.
My husband has joined in with the workout routine. He's been playing racquetball with a co-worker. And he's bringing home a big pizza for us tonight. Our favorite, and it's not healthy. I shouldn't but I will:)
