Week #1 weigh in

OK and the number is ......................... 4.4 lbs off.
Yeah, I know there is alot of water coming off this week and I’m OK with that - Frankly I don’t care what it is as long as it’s off my body.
I struggled quite a bit this week. I work 24-7 for 14 days in row - very easy to control my diet because no alcohol which for me leads to poor food choices. Needless to say when I get off, I want a beer or two.
I got off last Thursday and have imbibed a couple of times since then - oh, and I had some Domino’s.
Bad food confessions done - I am very grateful for what I have accomplished this week. I have started walking daily, stretching daily and weights every other day.
Next week, my goals:
Yoga 15 min daily
Continue walking daily
Continue wts every other day
Try 4 new recipes - low fat vegan
I hope everyone else’s first week was a step in the right direction.
