Exercise Plan Jan and Feb of 2013

I will start with some Biggest Loser DVDs I have. I prefer to use these right now versus Jillian Michaels or Bob Harper individual programs because I am feeling so out of shape right now I need to see some larger people doing the exercise and the skinny minnies in the other DVDs. I will get more in shape and my endurance will improve dramatically so I will get there in due time.



Exercise plan - Cardio/weights

21 days in a row to get a habit going strong!

2 or 3lb weights

Month 1 - Level 1 BL

Month 2 - Level 1 BL



30ish minutes - Easier workouts (2 months)

BL - Power Walk (2 miles)

BL - Power Yoga Level 1

BL - Power Sculpt Level 1

BL - Boot Camp Level 1

BL - Cardio Max Level 1

BL - Last Chance Workout

BL - At Home Challenge Level 1

BL - Calorie Knockout Level 1

Walking 2 miles at the beach
