Today seems like the longest day ever!! I just want to go home but instead I am at work writing this blog emoticon

Just to update anyone who has been following my blogs, I weighed in on Monday to get the results from Week 1 of the SHRED diet. I lost 7lbs! OMG so amazing and I am now back to my 50lb loss weight of 180.6 emoticon

Today is Day 3 of Week 2 and for some reason I am SUPER hungry! As I type I am waiting to eat my snack emoticon . Today is the hubby's birthday and I might indulge in a piece of the checkerboard cake I made him. Chocolate and strawberry emoticon But the deal I made with myself is that I have to workout for at least 45 min of circuit training or else no cake emoticon

After Monday's 7lb loss- I forced myself to put the scale in my closet so I am not weighing myself every morning. emoticon emoticon

Right now I would kill for a nap emoticon
