Mid week update

Its mid week and I have been maintaining healthy eating and fitness balance! Monday I did the elliptical trainer with torso twists. Tuesday I did a full body stretch with a hour of yoga. Yoga was so hard but it much needed. I created much need space in my body and was able to feel centered. Today will be more of a challenge because I did not pack my lunch and healthy snacks as well as not making it to the gym. I plan on pacing my eating and making wise food choices. I basically want to keep things simple no processed foods and keeping my body guessing with my workouts.
