... I'm staying on track. The gym and Spark have been my close companions since January 2nd. :-) This week is proving a little tough because we are all back to regular schedules with the kids just going back to school on Monday and I've started back to work. I'm a tax preparer/office manager. So I've had to plan ahead and pack the kids' stuff as well as my own lunches and snacks. I'm finding it easier if instead of worrying about things as I'm going to sleep, to shift my mind to what my plans are for the next day. Been going to sleep easier! But by today, we're getting tired. It seems like that's the way it works. The third day of a new schedule is the toughest but gets easier from here out.

This morning was my Subway treat. I just LOVE that restaurant! I did find though that the flatbread egg white and ham breakfast sandwich has more calories than the 180 that's advertised. Because... they advertise a 3" sandwich flatbread, not a 6". On the site calculator, it was 390. So still not bad. I'll just skip my morning snack and stay on track. Does anyone eat a 3" sandwich?? I also grabbed a turkey breast and ham salad (loaded with veggies of course!) and a fruit and yogurt parfait while I was there to complete my day. So I'm completely planned out until supper. The hubby cooks tonight so it could be a little challenging. He's definitely not into the whole healthy eating thing. Sometimes, he cooks to please me but usually he rather fry things. I've got plenty of calories left so we'll see how this plays out. If he cooks something too fattening, I know how to make a quick healthy meal.
