I was able to complete the second day of it. I think that I might repeat week 1 again next week. It will be nice to not have to, but being that I am so out of shape that repeating weeks will help. However, I am having problems trying to figure out how to enter it into my tracker. IF I was outside, the GPS would work and tell me how fast I was and all that good stuff. However, since it is has been raining, I have been on the indoor track and the GPS does not work :(

I cannot wait to be able to run three miles again.

    I'm doing the C25k program too. I'm really out of shape too but I did Day 1 of Week 2 yesterday. Not as sore as I was after week 1. I've been doing mine by time, so on the tracker I entered the minutes I worked out. I would like to figure out how to calculate calories so I could enter that too. emoticon
