Hi Everyone,

Here it is January 9. I am starting to clean my diet more and more. I am not completely there yet but it is looking positive. Since I am not competing until June I still have time. I don't look like a complete balloon and have kept most of my muscle. Diet is key.

I am stepping up my water intake. Water flushes the fat so those of you out there that drink sodas constantly please consider that water will flush away the fat and if you need something with some flavor buy the water enhancers. I use the Mio brand or store brand of that product.

I am working out 5 days a week and one of those being my cardio day. I have to work out during lunch because the evening time at my house is so busy with karate and soccer it would be too difficult to do anything else. And I do my food prepping at night.

Since my target competition day is in June I still have a couple more months to be a little more laid back but come March, it is on baby! emoticon

And I wanted to throw this out there. Right now my new favorite clean meal is ground turkey, quinoa, red/yellow peppers, broccoli/cauliflower with a little stir fry sauce. emoticon
