You are amazing!!! When everyone is telling you to give up...when you feel like you can't do it...that is when you have to prove how bad you really want it! You have such a strong dedication and work ethic when it comes to reaching your goals. I am so proud of you for putting yourself out there. Tell the voices in your head that are telling you that you are not good enough...to back the F off! You can do this!!

I'm proud of you and always amazed at how hard you work at EVERYTHING. I'm sorry that you have been having a tough time the last few days. You will pick yourself again. You always do. It makes me crazy that your coaches are so stupid and can't see how hard that you are working.
Only you know what is in your heart. How much Derby means to you and how much you can take. I think that you can do it. Good for you.
But you really seem tired. Is there something else that you can give up so that you can get some more rest? I feel the same about tennis sometimes. I am not the youngest or the thinest or the strongest or the fastest. But nobody loves being on the court more than me.
Way to go feeling like you actually ARE a part of the team for the first time. You Rock.
You ARE the prettiest by the way.

You can do it! It may take time but all good things take time. You will get to where you want to me in all areas of life. One step at a time. I believe in you!

A random person giving my opinion. Don't quite Derby! I would find anther team with other coaches. The bottom line is you have to train to pass the 25 laps you mentioned in another vlog. You know that losing weight will make that easier. Make both your goals and feel awesome about yourself when you easily do those 25 laps.
You can do it! You're strong in body and mind. It shows in your vlogs. Become the person you want to be. Visualize yourself completing those laps and walk towards that.
