Post Workout with THE Sister^^^^^

Another day come and gone and my sister and I kicked ass. We did more exercise ball and weights today. I want to really up the workout but I am not sure how considering the amount of time we are working with. Three kids makes it difficult and I would prefer for them to be asleep. Even waiting late into the night like I have done tonight I was interupted by them playing. It was nearly MIDNIGHT!! Normally they arent awake this long but for some reason this last week has had them awake late into the night, and up early in the morning. It makes no sense! In the meantime, I am going to try to find ways to allow us to intensify our workouts. Maybe do two a days instead of just in the evening...

Anyway, time for a shower and then bed so that I can get up at a decent time for once...
