Tuesday has come and gone

Tuesday came and now is going... I started the day waking up every hour from midnight until 3:30am when my alarm went off. I was so worried that I was going to miss my workout that I kept waking up to see if I had missed my workout time. How crazy is that? Well needless to say I was exhausted this afternoon.

Today: I followed my goals pretty good however I did not get my table uncluttered. I decided time was better spent with my daughter playing a game. Sometimes I think it's these little things that make her day. I stayed in my calorie count, I worked out super hard and had sweat running off of me. I kept my cool at work. I mad ethe best healthy choices I could. The #1 healthy choice of the day was.... I was going to eat because I was tired. but instead of feeding my face for energy I put my feet up and took a power nap. I woke up and ate my cup for rice chex then was all better. GREAT JOB ME!!!

HUMP day tomorrow! What is the goal for tomorrow you ask? Let me tell you:
1. Healthy choices
2. Work out - maybe lift some weights too during my workout.
3 Keep my cool at work.
4. Spend at least a half an hour of concentrated attention on my little kid-o
5. Stay in my calorie counts
6. Get it all done so I can enjoy my massage.

Off for tonight... Keep it positive and moving forward. I will reach my goal very soon if I can just keep up this pace and momentum.
