Today was good. I feel I am doing well overall. I am exercising regularly by running and doing Turbo Jam workouts. My eating is good, although I went over my allotted calories for today. However, even though I went over, most of my calories were healthy calories. It was the popcorn, one cookie and cup of coffee with a tbls cream that sent me into the red zone. Otherwise, i would have been within my calories for today. I did get in a good, 3 mile run. Tomorrow my plan is to do some cardio with strength training. I havent weighed myself because I know I have gained since being sick. I am using my clothes as a weight loss measure. I get too hung up on numbers. I will wait until I know I am at a weight I can stand to see on the scale. LOL!!
