I have maintained my weight for over a YEAR! That's pretty amazing. I'm feeling stronger, happier, and healthier than ever - and that is pretty amazing.
New year, and I'm not so much 'recommitting' to my health (I never lost that commitment), as much as I'm trying to see if I can push it further. I want to be more active on this site, research more exercise and fitness styles, continue to work on a diet that makes me feel my best.
The www.dailyhiit.com website is pretty rad, so I'm starting there. I've done the bodyrock.tv workouts before, so this isn't new - but following them daily *is* new for me.
