2 wks from the gym not such a great idea......

so i got busy over the holidays and did not make it to the gym. i still got in exercise but no gym. well last night was my first night back and i am so sore. Deservidly so....lesson learned no more breaks from the gym anymore. i truly enjoy my gym time. i get the freedom to be free and carefree...let loose and just give it hell. i plan to focus on getting bigger more consistent losses. i have so many thoughts in my head that i get overwhelmed with al that i want to do. gonna have to write them down as i think of them. you cant hit a home run if you dont know where to hit.

    Your body is wanting you to get to the gym. Remember to never increase by more than 10% or so to make sure you don't hurt yourself. Best of luck
