Jan Goals!

do my best to drink 125 oz a day

take my vitamins everyday

atleast 30 minutes everyday

atleast 30 minutes 3 days a week

do my best to eat healthy & Smaller portions
Keep my calories in range.

do my best to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep

weight in once a week

measure once a month

log on every day & Track everything!!
So the plan is to get back to the basics and get back on track!
Here's to 2013 and getting back to loosing weight and getting healthy!
