WOOHOO start of the new year!

After fresh air, cheese, wine and many carbs, I return humbled and happy to start up another 6 week challenge! Very happy to see familiar faces back on here and ready to lose this weight and start SCULPTING!

Plan for the new year:
- gym 4x a week
- low carb intake
- lots of water
- cheat in moderation

I managed to lose 4 KG before, and now I want to make sure I am keeping very positive and making sure that I track track track my way to success :)

We tolerate and handle the winter because we know that winter will surely pass.

The same applies to life. Tough times will come. Stuff happens.

Understand: All things will pass.

Think: I can handle and get through whatever I am going through.

    Wow! Great video! I'm glad to hear you are so re-energized after your holiday. I'm also happy to hear that it was relaxing and rejuvenating. I cannot WAIT for my holiday (I leave on Sat for two weeks) and I think we just need to give that time to ourselves to stop saying 'no' all the time and to just relax and enjoy. Your plans sound great and do-able and it definitely sounds like you're on track. I'm proud of us both for sticking with it even when it gets rough and even after the holiday season. I commend you for your tracking! Honestly, I haven't been great about mine. Do you track your calories or no?

    At one point in the video you said something about how excited you are just to push your body and be healthy and that really stuck with me. I'm totally with you on that goal! I just want to feed my body right and feel healthy from the inside out. Let's do this!

    emoticon You're doing so good! I think you're smart in hitting it hard now that you're back. Sometimes our bodies just wants a break! I think that we are doing good when we're changing our simple carbs for complex carbs would be the more fiber cereal in the morning, more freggies, brown rice instead of white rice, etc. This is what I'm trying to do too. Yes, the cheat in moderation is a good thing! I'm trying to lose 10# by March 31st. Awwww, I can do it and I know that you can do too, whatever you put your mind too! emoticon emoticon It's so good to hear from you again! emoticon emoticon emoticon
