This vegetarian diet has been working well for me so far
I have been experiencing some tiredness and anxiety at times probably because of the sudden diet change. My main concern with this diet is: low calories intake, lack of some important vitamin, not enough protein, don't have enough energy for working out.
I will add tofu, beans thru out the day
Load up my veggies.
Portion control still is important. Most of the time, I will eat a palm size and eat more often
I have made the commitment to stick with a strict vegetarian diet until I reach my weight of 127 lbs, then I think I will switch to a little more flexible diet.
I really want to make it work this time. I really do! And I am willing to work hard and challenge myself to get there.
This year is about change. I want positive change: my feeling, how I think and act, and lead a positive healthy life style.
