I did pretty well with last week's goals--at least I stayed mindful of them and I learned some things.
1. Meditation is harder than it looks. My brain is like a bag full of squirrels most of the time. Quieting it for even 10 minutes is going to take some major effort.
2. Planning the meals makes life --and tracking -- much easier.
3 Doing something, even if it's not all I planned, makes me feel accomplished.
I totally failed at writing every day, so this week, that is goal number 1.
Goal 2 is to track meals every day.
Goal 3, and this is the BIG ONE: No sweets after midnight.
