Back In The Saddle...

So up until about a week ago, I havent really done any type of work out. Then, my awesome amazing husband bought me an exercise ball, a set of ankle/wrist weights, and a Jillian Michaels DVD. I was really busy last week so my exercise pretty stayed with just the weights. Yesterday, I did the Jillian Michaels DVD. I started off with the level one because I figured I was pretty out of shape and needed to start somewhere. Some of the exercises I thought were really easy, then there were exercises that were very difficult, and some of them were impossible. And by impossible, I mean that even if I was the most physically fit person in the world, I still wouldnt be able to do the. One of the impossible exercises involves running in place while twisting your torso side to side. HAHAHAHA. Yeah, I just dont have the coordination for that. I was surprised at the amount of exercises that I could do comfortably.

This evening, my sister decided that she wanted to join in the exercise fun. We knocked out an exercise ball workout, and the ankle/wrist weights workout, her on one and I on the other and then switching once we finished the workout. Tomorrow we will be doing the DVD and moving on from there.

    LOL, I dont plan on it, I am not exactly the most graceful so that would definitely be out of the question

    Just don't try to do stunts off it like the folks on YouTube. It doesn't end well for them...
