This morning, I met with the supervisor. She asked me if I would like to do the proofing work. I said yes. She said she is unsure if it can be a part time position, as I can't work more than 30 hours, and she will check with the production manager tomorrow, and get back with me when I work on Thursday. Sigh.
I walked about a mile and a half. and drank my water. Though I did not get to do my stretches this morning. My cough is there, but the sore throat is less. I guess I am less congested, but unsure if I can get my allergy shots.
I have the next couple days off, then will work Thursday and Friday.
Breakfast - scrambled eggs (1.5 eggs with low sodium american cheese), 1 slice raisin toast with light butter, coffee, Orange juice, vitamins, water.
lunch - half of pita pocket with spring greens and ham, light mayo, and cheese, water, banana
afternoon snack - mini rice cakes
dinner - spaghetti, turkey meat sauce, garlic wheat toast, spring green salad, thousand island dressing, milk.
Tonight - water, an apple.
Night time is when I get hungry. I am going to tell myself I am thirsty, not hungry and drink water. If that still doesn't work, I will find a healthy snack - perhaps have some peanut butter with that apple.
