Feeling pretty good!

After a couple of days of really watching my calorie intake I am finding my sugar cravings are going down. I've been trying to eat mostly protein and vegetables, although I have been having Glucerna shakes in the morning. Any carbs I am eating are slow Low GI carbs which has also been helping. I have been trying to think of this journey as easy, instead of hard. Every other time I have tried a lifestyle change all I do is think of how hard it is. I am just going to keep thinking "It's easy, all I need to do is eat between 1400-1700 calories a day and exercise 30 minutes a day".

Ok, I am fully aware it is not that easy. If it was that easy, no one would have a weight issue. BUT if I can convince myself it's easy, maybe healthy choices will start to come natural to me.

Someone remind me of this when I write a bitchy blog in the next few days about how I am dying :-)

    What you are describing is the Universal Law of Attraction. This universal law works 100% time just like the universal law of gravity. You will attract what you feel and believe.
    Believe it is easy. Feel that it is easy. It WILL BE easy.
    As soon as you start thinking "it is hard" it will become hard.
    The universe will give you what you ask for 100% of the time.
