No workout tonight so after my morning exercise, my main goal today was to keep my calories down to around the 1500 - 1600 calories. Estimating dinner to be no more than 400 calories, I expect my total calories for the day to be right around 1550, finally making my low calorie goal for pretty much the first time since I started this.
To be honest though, making this goal was not so much about my focus, dedication or sacrifice in regards to my striving towards a healthier lifestyle. It was more of an indictment of my wife's cooking. She is certainly doing her part to make losing weight easier for me.
