Portion Distortion Quiz

Just took it and got 10 out of 16 questions right. It was alot more difficult than I thought. Since I started sparking in November 2012, I have tried to really make an effort to control my portion sizes. A half cup of pasta really is a portion. And not much of a portion if I do say so. Oh well. It seems to be going well.

I challenge you to take the quiz. I learned a great deal and I am sure you will too.

    I'm getting better at this, but pretracking my food and measuring like a mad-man are my current strategies. I'm hoping to get back to something more intuitive someday. :)

    You are right, looks can be deceiving.

    That is a bit of a problem for me at times.

    I have taken it a couple of times and took me 3 times to get 16 out of 16, so I hear ya
    as I thought I knew more about portions until I took the test one time
