Well the bf wants to do this insanity thing which is great obviously you get results my thing is that neither of us has been real active lately so I think that jumping to insanity would be exactly that insanity! So I suggested that we use the gym membership that he has been paying for every month and not using and work out a bit for a week or two then try the insanity because it would be a better transition. Anyway I hope it works out this way I am excited to have a partner who will hopefully keep me going when I don't feel like I can do it. I have realized that I am better at motivating others than motivating myself. So here is to going to the gun which I hate doing and trying not to die when I try insanity.
