My first goals reached!

I did it, I ran a whole mile on the treadmill without walking! Now mind you I did stay to around 4.5-6.0 the whole time, and it was on a treadmill, but I am very proud of this. I also got my time down to 12:01!
This is the fastest I have run a mile in quite a few years! Since 2008 to be exact!
So now my goal is to work on my breathing more while running so my heart rate doesnt spike as much along with being able to jog for longer periods of time. I would love to be able to do a mile in 8min! That is one of my final goals! Along with doing a half marathon in Disney next year!
My second goal was weightloss after the holiday, I weighed in today and was at 235.5! That means I lost about 4 lbs in december, a month which I had eaten without tracking!! Woohoo!!! No gain over Christmas! Now onto my goals for the rest of the month.
-Keep working out and making good food choices
-run a mile a few times a week
-Lose 6 more lbs in January, which would bring me down to 229.5 by the end of the month and out of the 230's!
